We get back to you
Within one business day, by phone or email — whichever you prefer. We’ll ask a few clarifying questions and book a site visit if it’s a good fit.
Free on-site assessment
We come to your block, check access, measure up, and answer any questions in person. Usually 30–45 minutes. No obligation.
Detailed itemised quote
A fully itemised, fixed-price quote covering shell, install, equipment, fencing, and surrounds. No hidden margins, no surprises.
Pool in the ground
Once you give us the green light, most installs are complete in three to four weeks — sometimes faster, depending on the site.
Common questions
before you start.
Is the quote really free? +
Yes. There’s no charge for the initial conversation, the site visit, or the itemised quote. You’re under no obligation to proceed.
How long until I can swim? +
From signed quote to first swim is typically four to eight weeks, depending on site access, council approvals, and chosen surrounds. We’ll give you a clear timeline in your quote.
Do you handle permits and council approvals? +
We can either help you navigate the approvals process or work directly with your builder/private surveyor. Most Melbourne councils handle pool applications a little differently — we’ve dealt with them all.
Can you build on a sloping or tricky block? +
Almost always — yes. Our reinforced shells can be installed fully in-ground, partially raised, or completely above ground without compromising structural integrity. Bring on the tricky blocks.
What if I’m only researching right now? +
That’s totally fine — many of our clients start with a chat 6 to 12 months before they’re ready to build. Tick “Just researching” on the timing question and we’ll calibrate accordingly. No pressure.
